These Terms govern your use of the AdFlowHQ managed ad service. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The service

AdFlowHQ is a managed ad service that lets publishers run direct-sold campaigns, sponsorships, creative workflows, targeting and reporting. The infrastructure, ad serving, measurement and reporting are provided and operated by AdFlowHQ.

2. Account & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. Email verification is required to activate an account.

3. Acceptable use

Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Invalid traffic, fraud, deceptive ads and security circumvention are prohibited.

4. Free usage & advertising inventory

The service is provided free of charge: no subscription, license, setup fee, invoice or payment is taken. In return, on eligible accounts up to 50% of advertising inventory may carry AdFlowHQ house campaigns; the remaining inventory is yours. See the privacy notice. This is ad-supported free usage, not a sale.

5. Your content & responsibility

You are responsible for the advertisers, creatives, destinations and placements you run, and must hold the necessary rights and permissions for that content.

6. No warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AdFlowHQ does not guarantee revenue, performance, fill rate or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdFlowHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Suspension & termination

Accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy may be suspended or terminated. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated; material changes will be indicated and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
